Your Treatment Plan: What to Expect
As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, Aesthetic Dental Center of NJ continues to adapt and update its policies and safety guidelines to ensure that you remain safe and smiling. If you need a dental visit, you will experience the same level of care in a safe environment that protects both patients and staff.
Virtual Care from Anywhere
You can conveniently connect with a member of our Aesthetic Dental Centers team right from the comfort of your own home. If you require an office visit, they can guide you to an office.
Here is how you can accomplish that:
1. Pick up the phone.
If you have an issue, question, or concern, call us and take part in a free consultation with a Virtual Care consultant. They can make the determination if a dentist visit is necessary or if a virtual appointment will suffice.
2. Talk to a doctor.
When you need dental care, an aesthetic Dental Centers dental professional will make an assessment of your needs with the same level of expertise and care that you receive during an actual office visit. They can assist you right where you are and ensure that you are directed to your nearest dental practice.
3. Prepare for your visit.
If you need to physically visit a dental office, we are taking every measure available to ensure your safety. We provide everything from symptom screenings to deep cleanings.
How We Are Protecting Patients
We have always maintained the highest commitment to proper safety standards. With the arrival of COVID-19, deep cleaning has taken on an entirely different meaning, as we thoroughly sanitize dental chairs and all surfaces between the visit of each patient.
As you are probably aware, masks are required for everyone who is inside the dental office, including both patients and dental team members. If you find yourself without a mask, don't worry; one will be provided for you at the front desk.
Screening for Symptoms
We require all dental staff and patients to undergo wellness checks. This means that all of the staff has daily health check-ins, and everyone must undergo periodic temperature checks. You will receive a temperature check prior to receiving dental care to ensure that everyone remains safe and healthy.
In these difficult times, a little distance goes a long way. We move patients in and out of dental treatment rooms rapidly and advise you to wait outside the dental office before your appointment begins. When we are ready to see you, we will text you, and you will need to wear your mask at that time.
We have made adjustments to our operations to ensure that both you and our dental care teams remain safe. By staggering patient appointments, we can limit how many people arrive, which allows us sufficient time to clean in between appointments. If you are older or have certain medical conditions, we can arrange your visit for a slower time of the day.
We take our patients’ privacy seriously. Please refrain from providing any personal health or sensitive information. Call us at (201) 488-8866 to schedule your appointment over the phone.
“I have been using this service for years, they recently moved to a new lovely office. I was just there for a toothache and my regular dentist was not there, seen by Dr Meskin, who was so nice and helpful. Explained everything so I would understand.”
